We also handle the special banking procedures required when a buyer or a seller is not an Israeli resident, including the KYC and anti-laundering procedures.

We represent entrepreneurs in both large-scale renewal projects as well as TAMA 38 (reinforcement against earthquakes) projects. Urban renewal projects typically require the creation of new zoning schemes and agreements with local and national authorities.
We provide property management services for our foreign clients. We act as their representatives in all aspects of developing, maintaining, and renting properties. We use the language proficiency of our team to collaborate with lawyers, CPAs, and other service providers who act on behalf of our foreign clients in their countries of residence and provide them with required financial, banking, and other needed reports. To that end, we commission, for our clients, all local service providers, such as local accountants, maintenance teams etc.
